This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our mobile application and related services ("the App", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Information We Collect

  • Select photos and images for creating PDF documents.
  • Convert images into PDF files.
  • Convert documents or PDFs into images.
  • Create documents from images.
  • Select photos for scanning and document creation.

Photo Library access is only used to provide these features.

Where possible, image processing is performed locally on your device. We do not automatically upload your personal photos to our servers merely because you grant photo-library permission.

1.2 Camera

The App may request access to your device camera to allow you to:

  • Scan physical documents.
  • Scan ID cards.
  • Capture pages for PDF creation.
  • Capture images that you choose to process within the App.

Camera access is activated only when you use a feature that requires the camera.

We do not continuously access or record your camera.

1.3 Photos Saved to Your Photo Library

The App may request add-only access to your Photo Library when you choose to export or save generated images or document pages to your Photos.

This permission allows the App to save content to your Photo Library without requiring access to your existing photos.

The App allows you to import documents through the iOS Files interface.

Depending on the files you choose, the App may process:

  • PDF files
  • Word documents
  • Excel documents
  • PowerPoint documents
  • Images
  • Other supported document formats

Documents you select are used to provide features such as viewing, conversion, editing, merging, splitting, compression, signing, watermarking, and PDF creation.

The App does not access files on your device unless you choose to provide them through the available file-selection functionality.

2. Information Used for Advertising and Analytics

More information about Google's privacy practices can be found in Google's privacy documentation.

3. App Tracking Transparency

The App may use Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

When required, you will be shown Apple's system permission request asking whether you allow the App to track your activity across apps and websites owned by other companies.

If you allow tracking, advertising partners such as Google AdMob may use permitted identifiers and information to provide more relevant advertising and measure advertising performance.

If you do not allow tracking, the App will respect your choice and will not use tracking data for purposes requiring ATT authorization.

You can change your tracking preference at any time through:

Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking

  • Purchase information
  • Subscription status
  • Product identifiers
  • Transaction information
  • Subscription entitlement information
  • App and device information necessary to provide subscription services

RevenueCat helps us determine whether you have access to premium features.

Payments are processed through Apple's App Store payment system. We do not receive or store your complete credit card or payment-card details.

RevenueCat's processing is subject to its own privacy practices.
