These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application and related services ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

The App provides tools for working with documents, images, and PDF files, including features such as:

  • Viewing and managing documents

  • Creating PDF files

  • Converting files between supported formats

  • Scanning documents

  • Converting images to PDF

  • Converting PDFs to images

  • Editing and annotating documents

  • Adding text and watermarks

  • Signing documents

  • Merging and splitting PDFs

  • Compressing PDFs

  • Locking and unlocking PDFs

  • Importing and exporting files

  • Organizing documents and folders

  • Bookmarking documents

Features may vary depending on your device, operating system, subscription status, and App version.

2. Eligibility

You may use the App only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws applicable to you.

If you use the App on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Your Files and Content

You retain ownership of the documents, photos, images, and other content that you import, create, edit, or process using the App.

You are solely responsible for the content you process through the App and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use that content.

You must not use the App to process or distribute content that:

  • Violates applicable laws or regulations.

  • Infringes another person's intellectual property rights.

  • Contains unlawful or fraudulent material.

  • Is intended to facilitate illegal activity.

  • Violates the rights or privacy of another person.

4. Document Processing

The App provides tools for processing documents and files. Results produced by document conversion, scanning, OCR, compression, formatting, or other processing features may not always be perfect.

You should review generated or modified documents before relying on them for important, legal, financial, business, or other critical purposes.

We do not guarantee that:

  • Every file format will be supported.

  • Every document will be converted perfectly.

  • OCR or text recognition will always be accurate.

  • Formatting will remain identical after conversion.

  • Scanned documents will always be accurately detected or processed.

5. File Storage and Data Loss

Files may be stored locally on your device depending on how you use the App.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important documents.

We are not responsible for loss, corruption, accidental deletion, or inability to access files resulting from:

  • Device failure.

  • Operating-system changes.

  • User actions.

  • App deletion.

  • Storage limitations.

  • Software errors.

  • Third-party services.

  • Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Camera and Photo Library

Certain features require access to your device's camera or Photo Library.

You may choose whether to grant these permissions.

If you deny the required permission, the corresponding feature may not be available.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights to photograph, scan, import, or process any document or image.

7. Free Features and Usage Limits

Some features may be available without a paid subscription but may be subject to usage limits, advertisements, or other restrictions.

We may change free usage limits or the availability of free features from time to time.

8. Premium Features

The App may offer premium features through in-app purchases and subscriptions.

Premium plans may include options such as:

  • Monthly subscriptions.

  • Yearly subscriptions.

  • Lifetime purchases.

  • Ad-free usage.

  • Increased or unlimited access to supported tools.

  • Other premium functionality described within the App.

The exact features included in each plan will be displayed in the App at the time of purchase.

9. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment method associated with your Apple account to be charged according to the selected plan.

Subscription pricing may vary by country or region and may be subject to applicable taxes.

Subscription status and premium entitlements may be managed using third-party subscription services.

10. Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel them before the renewal date.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account's subscription settings.

Deleting the App does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.

Any applicable refund requests are subject to Apple's policies and procedures.

11. Lifetime Purchase

If a Lifetime option is offered, it is a one-time purchase that provides access to the applicable premium features for the supported lifetime of the product, subject to these Terms.

A Lifetime purchase does not necessarily mean permanent availability of the App or every future feature.

We may modify, replace, or discontinue features in future versions where reasonably necessary.

12. Advertisements

The free version of the App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising providers.

Premium plans may include an ad-free experience as described in the App.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of third-party advertisements.

Interacting with an advertisement is solely at your discretion.

13. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services to provide functionality, analytics, advertising, subscription management, diagnostics, or other services.

These may include services provided by:

  • Google Firebase

  • Google AdMob

  • RevenueCat

  • Apple

Your use of services provided by third parties may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

14. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, and processed.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

15. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, interface, graphics, icons, software, branding, text, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not:

  • Copy or reproduce the App.

  • Modify or distribute the App.

  • Reverse engineer the App.

  • Attempt to extract the source code.

  • Create derivative works based on the App.

  • Use our branding or materials without permission.

Your own documents and content remain yours.

16. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to interfere with the App's operation.

  • Circumvent usage limits or premium restrictions.

  • Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to systems or services.

  • Reverse engineer or decompile the App except where permitted by law.

  • Use automated methods to abuse or overload the App.

  • Upload malicious files or software.

  • Use the App to infringe the rights of others.

17. Availability and Updates

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or individual features at any time.

We do not guarantee that the App or any particular feature will always be available.

Updates may be required to continue using certain features.

We may also make changes to improve security, performance, functionality, or compatibility.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the App will:

  • Always be available.

  • Be completely error-free.

  • Operate without interruption.

  • Be compatible with every device.

  • Produce completely accurate document-processing results.

  • Meet all of your individual requirements.

You use the App at your own discretion and risk.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.

This may include, without limitation:

  • Loss of data.

  • Loss of documents.

  • Loss of profits.

  • Business interruption.

  • Device-related issues.

  • Errors in converted or processed documents.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

20. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the App.

  • Your violation of these Terms.

  • Your violation of applicable laws.

  • Your violation of another person's rights.

  • Content you upload, process, or distribute through the App.

21. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a manner that may harm the App, other users, or our services.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

Termination does not automatically provide a refund for purchases or subscriptions. Refunds are handled according to applicable App Store policies.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms.

23. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer-protection laws provide otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under the laws applicable to you.
