End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and the developer of the application ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the mobile application and related services ("the App").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the App.
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the App on devices that you own or control for your personal, lawful purposes.
This license does not transfer ownership of the App to you.
2. License Restrictions
You may not, except where expressly permitted by applicable law:
Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the App.
Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the App.
Modify or create derivative works based on the App.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code of the App.
Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
Use the App to develop or distribute a substantially similar competing product.
Circumvent security features, usage restrictions, or premium-access controls.
Use automated systems to interfere with the operation of the App.
3. Ownership
The App and all related software, designs, interfaces, graphics, icons, trademarks, text, and other materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for the limited license granted under this EULA, no rights or ownership in the App are transferred to you.
You retain ownership of documents, images, and other content that you create, import, edit, or process using the App.
4. Your Content
You are responsible for all files, documents, images, and other content that you process through the App.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and process such content.
You must not use the App to process or distribute content that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
5. Document Processing
The App provides tools for creating, viewing, scanning, converting, editing, signing, compressing, merging, splitting, and otherwise processing documents.
Processing results may contain errors or formatting differences. You should review important documents before relying on them.
We do not guarantee that document conversions, OCR, scanning, formatting, or other processing will always be accurate or complete.
6. Free and Premium Features
The App may provide both free and premium functionality.
Certain features may be subject to usage limits, advertisements, or other restrictions.
Premium functionality may be made available through in-app purchases, subscriptions, or other purchase options displayed within the App.
We reserve the right to modify the features and availability of free and premium functionality.
7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions available through the App are processed through Apple's App Store.
The App may use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and premium entitlements.
Available plans may include monthly, yearly, and lifetime purchase options, depending on the offers displayed in the App.
Subscription pricing, billing periods, and available products are displayed before purchase and may vary by region.
8. Automatic Renewal
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account's subscription settings.
Deleting the App does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.
Refunds are subject to Apple's applicable refund policies and procedures.
9. Lifetime Purchases
Where a Lifetime purchase is offered, it is a one-time purchase that provides access to the applicable premium features for the supported lifetime of the product.
A Lifetime purchase does not guarantee that the App, its servers, or every individual feature will remain available indefinitely.
10. Advertising
The App may display advertisements through third-party advertising providers, including Google AdMob.
Premium plans may provide an ad-free experience where specified in the App.
Advertising availability and content may change without notice.
11. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate third-party services, including:
Google Firebase
Google AdMob
RevenueCat
Apple App Store services
Your use of third-party services may be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.
12. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.
13. Permissions
Certain App features may require access to:
Camera
Photo Library
Photo Library add-only access
Other device functionality required for specific features
You may manage these permissions through your device settings.
If you deny a required permission, certain features may not function.
14. Updates
We may release updates, upgrades, bug fixes, security improvements, and other modifications to the App.
Some updates may be necessary for continued use of certain features.
You agree that we may provide updates to the App when available.
15. Third-Party Materials
The App may display or interact with third-party content, advertisements, services, or links.
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, services, availability, or privacy practices.
Your interactions with third-party services are governed by the applicable third party's terms.
16. Disclaimer of Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
We do not warrant that:
The App will always be available.
The App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
All features will work on every device.
Document-processing results will always be accurate.
Files will never be lost, damaged, or corrupted.
The App will meet every particular requirement.
You use the App at your own risk.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
This includes, without limitation, loss of documents, data, profits, business opportunities, or other information.
Nothing in this EULA limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:
Your use or misuse of the App.
Your violation of this EULA.
Your violation of applicable law.
Your violation of another person's rights.
Content that you process or distribute through the App.
19. Termination
This EULA remains effective until terminated.
Your license to use the App will automatically terminate if you materially violate this EULA.
Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete it from devices under your control.
Termination does not necessarily entitle you to a refund of purchases or subscriptions.
20. Apple App Store Terms
If you downloaded the App through Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Your use of the App is also subject to the applicable App Store terms.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce this EULA against you where applicable.
21. Compliance with Laws
You agree to use the App only in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of document scanning, document conversion, signing, and other features complies with applicable laws.
22. Changes to This EULA
We may update this EULA from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the Last Updated date at the beginning of this EULA.
Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA.
23. Severability
If any provision of this EULA is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
24. Entire Agreement
This EULA, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable purchase terms displayed within the App, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App.
